  • Publication Procedure
    Submission of Manuscript: Submissions must represent original work, whose copyright is not already owned elsewhere. Publication of conference papers which have been substantially rewritten and augmented to be suitable for journal publication is encouraged. In case of significant duplication of the conference paper, it is the authors' responsibility to ask for permission to republish from the copyright holder.

    The review process is done entirely electronically, so it is essential for you to provide an electronic file of your paper. To ensure rapid refereeing and publication, submit the Manuscript in MS Word and PDF formatted according to the Instructions for Authors. Submission have to be done electronically.

    The review process cannot start until such files have been received. If you use other formats contact us before the submission.

    Refereeing: All contributions are submitted to referees. Names of referees will be kept confidential, but their comments will be relayed at the discretion of the Editor. We aim to have your paper reviewed within 4 months of receipt of an electronic file.

    Proofs: Proof will be send to authors to check typographical mistakes or errors in fact; no part of the article may be written on proof. All changes and agenda submitted by the authors will be incorporated at the discretion of the Editor. The corrected proofs should be returned to the Editor within one week of receipt.

    Offprints and Publishing: Authors will be given the opportunity to purchase offprint once their paper has been typeset. The paper will be published after predefined schedule.

    Multimedia Content of your paper
    We encourage the submission of a multimedia appendix with each paper. This on-line appendix is an adjunct to the print version of the paper, and may contain video clips, flesh, images, graphs and charts, general numerical data, models, programs, and audio. That is also used in
    A multimedia object that supplements the paper is referred as Extension. Since they are not present in the journal paper or in electronic form of the paper, a method of clearly and consistently referring to the material is required.
    Within the text we use the term Extension in a similar way to the terms Figure or Table. Like Figures and Tables, the Extensions have ascending integer labels starting at 1. Between Conclusion and Reference parts of the paper we add a part with the title "Index to multimedia Extensions" with the following text: The multimedia extensions to this article can be found online by following the hyperlinks from ars-journal.com This is then followed by the index of Extensions. This index contains Name of Extension, Media Type and short description of the Extension content.
    Multimedia content of the papers are published on the Journal Web page at no additional cost.
